Phil is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. He resides in Carmel with his wife Sara, and their five children Ava, Ainsley, Caleb, Lizzy, and Jonah. They serve the community as state-licensed foster parents and as active members of their church.

For more than 35 years, Jeff has helped clients gain greater confidence and clarity around their most important investment and financial decisions. As a founding member of the Foresight Financial Management team, Jeff continues to serve clients and helps them remain focused on wise stewardship through sound decision-making and proven financial principles. Jeff is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®). Jeff lives in Fishers with his wife Megan, and they are covenant members of Harvest Church in Carmel where Megan serves as the Coordinator of Adoption and Foster Care. Jeff and Megan have five children (Adria, Taylor, Mackenzie, Joseph and Holden) and seven grandchildren.

Since 1996, families have trusted Bryon for his passionate leadership and commitment to their well-being. Bryon and the Foresight Team strive to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and love being a part of their many successes. He loves spending time with his wife Lea and children Liam and Aria. Bryon has served the community as a youth sports coach, student mentor as well as leadership roles with several non-profit organizations.

Since 2013, when Zach joined Foresight Financial Management as a Client Relationship Manager, he has focused on caring for our client family. He strives for excellence in all aspects of his work, paying close attention to the unique details of each client. He currently resides in Westfield where he follows his favorite teams, maintains his fitness and expands his love of sports and community with family and friends.

Since 2012, clients have engaged Evan’s service to create simple and effective strategies that provide clarity on how to wisely steward their resources. He and the Foresight Team help his clients honor the commitments they have made to their faith, family, and community. Evan operates a branch office in Ferdinand, Indiana where he lives with his wife Ali, and their three children Eleanor, William, and James. They serve their community through their church, The Ferdinand Heimatfest, and Dubois County Community Foundation.

Since joining the team in 2007, Christina has served in the role of Client Care Coordinator for Foresight, as well as managing many of the administrative operations of the firm. She is passionate about building relationships with our client family. Whether it’s assisting with service requests, or a friendly conversation about their day, clients quickly see what it means to have a servant’s heart. Since graduating from Anderson University, Christina and her husband Scott reside in the country outside of Lapel, where they have raised four children. She is also a proud Nana, and cherishes every moment spent with her grandchildren. When not with her family or friends, you can usually find her immersed in a book or puzzle.

Sonja joined the Foresight Team in 2021. As an experienced College and Career Coach, Sonja is excellent at having caring, client-centered conversations. Sonja has over 20 years of college ministry experience, is a certified Growth Coach through Life Forming Leadership and has a music business degree from DePauw University. She and her husband, David, have four adult children and five granddaughters they dote on.

Josh Gordon

Josh joined the Foresight Team in 2025 with a decade of experience in finance and banking. He brings a wealth of knowledge and serves our clients with dedication and expertise. He and his wife, Ashley, have two young daughters Mila and Fern. When he can, Josh enjoys catching up with long-time friends and family while fishing for trout and smallmouth bass in the Ozark streams where he grew up.

In early 2025, Jeff joined the Foresight Team after a career with IBM and running several internet businesses. He improves our business processes and applies technology to serve our operations team and clients with excellence. Jeff and Becky served as missionaries in western Asia for seven years and are active in their church. They live in Carmel and have four grown children and four grandchildren.
